SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time (India): Standard shipping delivers within 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping: Available in select locations with delivery in 2–3 business days.
International Shipping: Currently not available (coming soon).
Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
- A flat fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.
Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to follow your order.
Delays: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or festive seasons.

At ATMAREVE, we take great care to ensure that every fragrance reaches you in perfect condition.

Returns: For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes once opened cannot be returned. Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Damaged/Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened perfumes, discounted items, or products purchased during promotional sales are non-returnable.
